Situated in the town of Ferreiras, which is a 10 minute drive from Albufeira main town centre and only 30 minutes by car from Faro airport.
There are shops, supermarket and restaurants within walking distance.
Ferreiras hosts the best Piri-Piri Chicken restaurant in this region, the restaurant is also famous for serving whole suckling pig which must be tried and tasted, it has a fantastic atmosphere and the local produce is excellent.
Albufeira town centre is a 10 minute drive where it is rich in nightlife and the hustle and bustle of the Algarve.
The Algarve Shopping Complex is a 5 minute drive, it has a multiplex cinema, food court, supermarket, chemist and many other shops. Well worth a visit!
All main attractions including beaches are just 10 minutes away by car and can be reached with ease. |

The patio areas surrounding the villa and pool are ideal for sunbathing, and the BBQ gives you a chance to try your hand at Algarve cuisine washed down with a glass of the local wine. |
